S Vaithialingam is a seasoned Information Technology and Delivery Head with 25 years of experience in TATA Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) leading diverse, large transformation programs primarily in BFSI, Airline, Retail, and Telecom. During my tenure, I’ve led medium to large-sized IT transformation programs of value 20+ Million USD in the capacity of Program Director leading a team of 300+ consultants.
My role is to enable organizations to transform businesses through meaningful technology initiatives and achieve business value and growth

Mehjabeen is the CIO for Raychem RPG. In her current role, she is responsible for the overall IT strategy and operations of the company, overseeing all aspects of Information Technology and Information Security, while also charting the Strategic Technology roadmap for a digital-first organization.
Prior to joining Raychem RPG, Mehjabeen was the CIO for Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd., having worked with Tata Capital Financial Services, Muthoot Homefin, Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in the past. Academically, she is an MBA in systems from NMIMS Mumbai, and a MA in Economics. Apart from being a technology enthusiast, Mehjabeen likes to read, write and travel.

Jagannathan is an Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy and also a management graduate from IIM, Kolkata, a premier business school in India. Prior to starting Fourth Dimension, he was instrumental in setting up India’s first manufacturing plant for Dot matrix printers in 1987.
An active Rotarian, Jagannathan has been involved in a number of Community service Projects like Care for the Aged, Vocational service etc. projects activities, like Care for the aged, Polio eradication and Education scholarships for the needy.
